NEWSLETTER
The newsletter contains information about news, offers and other information about our online shop Belovedshop.cz and other brands cooperating with Playground. In the newsletter, we will send you individually tailored advertising for products and services or offers to participate in campaigns such as consumer competitions or product testing. Commercial communications will be sent by electronic means and may also include offers of products and services from third parties in the cosmetics and body care industry.
The scope of the data processed in this way is mainly e-mail and, if you communicate or transmit information to us, also your name, surname, gender, telephone number and address.
By creating an order and a personal account, you agree to us evaluating your behaviour on our website in order to create personalised offers, so that we can create content for you that matches your requirements and interests and include you in our direct marketing database.
Personal data for this purpose is processed for an indefinite period of time, but no longer than you withdraw your consent. The legal title of the processing is consent. The processing will not exceed the duration of the purpose.

IV. Data retention period
The controller retains personal data
for the period necessary for the exercise of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and the exercise of claims arising from this contractual relationship (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
After the expiry of the retention period, the controller will delete the personal data.
V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)
The recipients of personal data are SHOPTET
involved in the delivery of goods / services / making payments under the contract,
providing e-shop operation services (Shoptet) and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop,
providing marketing services.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or an international organisation.
